- What does each full design project include?
Once we understand your needs and your space, we’ll design two or three designs (sometimes more!) to discuss. Your feedback is crucial and the final design is usually a blend of these designs.
We create the following to help you visualize your new space:
• Floor plan
• Elevations
• Mechanical plan
• Lighting plan(s)
• Full color CAD perspectives and walk thru’s of your new space
In our contract we include time to talk and shop with you in order to educate and help you make the decisions that are necessary to create your space. We help you plan the organization for your new space. We also include a photometric analysis and lighting design with every project that assures you of quality and quantity of light for your kitchen design or bathroom design.
We help you choose all the products and finishes including cabinets, hardware and interior fittings, countertops, flooring, plumbing and appliances. Although it is not required to purchase any product ‘All about Kitchens & more!’, we carry cabinetry and many other specialty storage solution items. Most of our clients opt to purchase through us as our prices are very competitive and we subtract the design fee from the cost of your purchases. We work with excellent cabinet manufacturers that have a variety of price points and features. However, our designs are fully detailed so you can purchase through local showrooms if that is your choice.
